Almost Christmas

Banning,California.December 23,2009.The weather is good at Fourteen degrees Celcius in
temperature.Not too much chill as a year before 2009.No snow but a little windy.

Most of the houses in our neighborhood have glittering decors and twinkling lights
on their porches and windows.

These are all manifestation of our joy and love for the most celebrated birthday
in the Christian world today.

The child Jesus in a manger.The prince of peace and goodwill.

Every person is entitled to be pure and kind to each and every one this season.
When gifts and greetings of goodwill are expected to be given and to be received unconditionally especially to our family members and the closest of friends,
relatives and even to strangers seeking goodwill and care.

In my home country in the Philippines,Christmas is celebrated the longest period
in the whole world.We started to display our native Lanterns even before November
each year and discard them after January 6 after the New year.

To each and every one "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."
